I worked at The Table pre-COVID19 so I cannot speak on how management is currently operating. With that said, I loved working at The Table, staff and management were very supportive of each other. Everyone worked together as a team and you could tell that management was very conscious of the workplace culture and was actively trying to create a comfortable work environment for all employees. Lastly, The Table rewards hard work. If you didn't get hired for the position you initially applied for, don't be discouraged because you can always work your way up.

Servers are responsible for a lot of side work at the end of the shift. It can seem a little overwhelming at times but once you get into the rhythm of things it's not so bad.
