No.1 VA Company - Recensione dipendente - Sales Team presso The VA Hub

Hi! This is my first year working in The VA Hub. Honestly, I was really scared about it. When I started with the training, I thought I was going to fail, because I was doing a training for a lot of hours, with people from different cultures. But when the days passed, I realized how much I was learning, from the trainers, from my co-trainees and from myself too. The training experience was hard but amazing, and very rewarding. I got my first client very quickly and I've been working with him for 4 months now, and if I'm being honest, I think I have found my dream job. I love to work from my home, obviously, but because it gave me the opportunity to work on the other side of the world, having different opportunities, working with people from other countries, and learning every day what I'm capable of. So I'm really proud of myself, and very grateful for having had the courage to do the training and find what I want to do and what I want to be!

I haven't find one yet

- senior management is quite approachable, especially our COO, Ms. Mika - they really value work-life balance; the management themselves are the ones who remind us to log out on time and plot our leaves - strong support system (other VAs can also help you out) - pay is above minimum wage compared to most PH local rates

- training process is quite a challenge (and they intentionally do this due to the high number of applicants) - base rate isn't as competitive compared to other VA companies already
