Excellent company to work for as part of their Tech Ops dept - good benefits and a positive working environment. Everyday is different - always a new issue to resolve or something new to learn. Tech colleagues genuinely care about providing a quality level of service to the business and our Customers. Praise and recognition from Exec Managers has improved with more appreciation now for what Tech teams have to undertake in order to achieve success. Training opportunities are excellent - the Very People team are a real credit to the business and work at a level far above any other companies I've worked at previously with aid career progress and promotion.
