We take feedback seriously and have processes in place that encourage it: 1) Leadership training- we train managers to ask for feedback from their teams regularly, 2) Open door policy- our culture is not hierarchical and leaders at all levels have an open door policy, and 3) Pulse Survey- every year we ask employees for feedback on all areas of the #washpostlife, including leadership.
