      Must be flexible and willing to take on new tasks without a great deal of direction. Might have to stay late on occassion to complete your work or help a co worker finish theirs. Must be willing to switch gears to handle a client or management request.

      If you're looking for a big office setting where you could be alone then this is not the place. Very small office where everyone interacts with eachother.
