When the owner isnt having a tantrum he can sometimes do nice things like holiday parties.

The owner will sucker you in with promises of salary, then proceed to working you over 60 hours per week and then try to not pay for drive time between job sites. Expects IT professionals to be experts in professions like installing refrigerators because he is too mentally unstable to keep clientele and has to fall back on national contracts doing work a monkey could do. Owner frequently screams at staff, vendors, clients, customers and everyone in between. Owner is the most fowl, unethical, awful excuse for a human being I have ever had the misfortune of working for. Owner will chastise staff for not lying for him to vendors. Owner charges insane markups then screams at staff for not making a sale when he wants over 200 for a part that costs 80. Owner will force staff to clean his yard and shovel his driveway. Owner has admitted to committing numerous felonies and will try to convince staff to be party to his crimes. When they dont it is a guaranteed 3 hours of being screamed at that he will not pay you for yet not let you leave without threatening termination. Awful. Awful. Awful. Total scumbag. The owner also unironically will try to get you to go to church with him and blare fox news and talk radio 24/7 and will trap staff into political conversations and then threaten to fire you if you dont agree with him. Will also threaten to fire you if you refuse to discuss politics. Owner is a high functioning sociopath. Avoid like the plague. Working here will cause you to need therapy.
