Communications from management and HR is horrible. Office staff and management treat their officers like they don’t trust them. I had 5 security managers in less than a year. (That should tell you something.). I didn’t get a paycheck for over six weeks and neither payroll, management or HR would return a phone call. My guard card expired and no one from the company would take ownership for renewing it. (That can only be done by HR or management.). I finally gave up fighting to work for them. Obtaining proper uniform items that fit and appropriate for the season was impossible to get. They are a terrible company to work for. Lots of incompetent management including HR, security director/mgr., and officers. Look at other companies to work for.
