where to even begin "Leadership", and I use that term lightly, no longer thinks about their employees. The layoffs were cold and calculated. Anyone who had a pulse on the old culture that won awards was canned. Terrible communication from the top down. My manager was not transparent and is under-qualified to do the job they're doing. Bad "Leadership" hires have sunk the ship. There was pushback on multiple leadership hires but they went right along and hired these people anyways. One was out within 6 months after bombing trying to restructure the whole company. One wore a care bear outfit (not joking) on their first day and very awkwardly struggled through a presentation about how they're "qualified" to lead culture. Another has let their whole team go and is now deceivingly talking about how much money they've saved the company. To top it all off, I think a certain someone is more concerned about what Whiskey they'll be drinking when they're in town versus trying to show the employees who are left that they actually give a damn about them and their well-being.

I take feedback very seriously, and I will fully admit that we are not a perfect company. However, we are always trying to learn and adapt to the current situation and make adjustments when things are not working as well as they should. Our primary goals remain to create a great company where we do right by our employees, protect the fiscal future of the company (and thus the fiscal future of everyone who works here) and build an industry-changing product. Lastly, the assertion about our recent layoff is off base and unfair to the people who worked on this. They were not "cold" in the least. The team that worked on this showed incredible empathy and compassion in our processes, conversations with those affected, and how we structured severance. However, they were absolutely calculated to impact as few people as possible and to ensure that we create the proper structure to keep moving this company forward. I am very proud to work with people who are always thoughtful about others. - Keith, CEO

- excellent teammates - benefits were great - nice office - feels like a small company that you get to collaborate with everyone

- upper management can be suspicious - company moves so fast in so many different directions that it feels overwhelming. - Their performance review system criteria is broken - Some managers may allow personal emotions to influence decisions in ways that can hurt an employee’s career growth.
