Theincircle.com is a Portal but providing personalize service to their clients in which they providing the database as well as hiring because they know the value of their customer and their main concern is that their client should be happy with their service .The working environment is very friendly and helpful for everyone. They involve their employees for decision making.

The person who is manage all the things is very helpful for everyone . He motivate his/her employees that not work like a employee of the company work like a part of the company they are start up company but providing the salary on 1 st of the month but they prefer work alcoholic person only. Nothing to say. It's small company act like a mid level workers' replacement of naukri.com but they work as a recruitment agency. They just take clients and just behave like the father of naukri.com. The working environment is absolutely miserable.

The whole management is done by an incompetent person, who is arrogant and selfish. He scolds his employees for every small mistake and doesn't encourages them to do their best. He only consider two people as his employees. Pathetic working environment. I hardly saw any founders during my tenure. Never join this company. They will not provide any experience letter as well forget about the joining letter.
