They will ask you to do ride alongs to doctor's offices with the marketing team without any compensation. I was even asked to solicit at daycares but refused. This company claims to be family friendly but the division director will pressure you to accept more after school patients even after you adhere to your afterschool quota. It can be very hard to build and maintain a full-time daytime schedule. This was the worst home-health company I worked for due to the micromanaging by managers and division directors.

I honestly cannot think of any cons. If an employee has a need or question, management is quick to respond and support them. Therapy 2000 supports and equips its employees for success. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and family.

Friendly staff and coworkers, flexible schedule (coordinate with patients on your own vs company), lots of free CEU options, supportive management when they're available, good culture overall.

Svantaggi

Must supply your own toys/therapy tools (no stipend, etc), which can get expensive and take up a lot of space in your vehicle and home. Benefits are very expensive, and there is no pay if client cancels last minute. Can be very difficult to manage actual FT caseload if clients are not very close to each other, may end up traveling a lot depending on patient availability/marketing, etc. Worked FT hours but technically only had PT caseload according to quotas.
