I loved the guys I worked with. That's the only reason to even keep going in because you don't want to let them down. As long as you're a reliable worker there is a lot of flexibility.

If you're seen working hard there is no compensation. You only get a pat on the back and more work to do because you can pick up the slack of employees that do less. In 4 years only revived $.50 in pay increase. NOT because I lacked merit but because company does not appreciate drivers at all. No bonuses. No holiday pay. Company issues new procedures in a half hearted way. Take it or leave it but overtime can be nice to have, 40-80 hrs in a single week, sometimes its your choice to work these hours and sometimes it's a requirement. Lastly almost no opportunity for growth.
