Vantaggi
Good wages, health coverage, and hours. In the 2+ years I've been there, I've gone up $4.50 plus the occasional bonus. There are many opportunities to learn, and the more you learn the more you make. There is an on site massage therapist, chiropractor, and they recently added an on site doctor. From personal experience the workman's comp coverage is above excellent. The 12 hour days seem really long at first, but before you know it, you're done. The rotating 2-2-3 schedule is great, since you effectively work half the year.
Svantaggi
The weather definitely affects working conditions. It is VERY HOT in the summer, but its heat-treating so what did you expect. In the winter it can be painfully cold to move between buildings and gather supplies. It takes a long time to get hired. There are many requirements that must be fulfilled and it can be frustrating. I've heard of people being temps (which everyone must start out as) for over a year. There are multiple buildings and many times goods must be transferred between them which can be very time consuming causing "unnecessary" delays from having to hunt down and bring stuff to where it's supposed to be.
