Workplace Environment - Recensione dipendente - Shop Worker presso Therm-Tech

The environment is very bad for your health. There is often smoke and soot from the furnaces in the air. Also there is particulate matter from the shot-blaster which is used to clean parts. It's cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. The worst part is that management does not seem to care about the health of the workers in the shop although they do on "paper" probably in order to receive discounts on heallth insurance. If you decide to work here, be very careful not to get hit by a fork-lift truck. Oh yes, lots of smashed fingers, burns, and cuts should be expected.
