Having worked at Thermo Systems for several years, left, and then chosen to return, I can say with confidence that this is an organization that truly stands out. I don't consider there to be many cons here at Thermo Systems. As I mentioned above, I've worked for top fortune 100 companies and one being in the top 10 of "Best Places to Work" Those companies had significantly more challenges than what I have experienced here at Thermo Systems.
