Our EVP, General Counsel, head of HR, multiple Vice Presidents and more than 80% of our National Account Managers are women, many of whom started families while working within the organization. Numerous female employees have enjoyed successful careers with Thermos, and have been rewarded/promoted due to their tremendous value they’ve given the organization.
