The CEO is a psychopath who gets drunk and curses out whoever she can blame for the latest problem in her company. As long as she is out of town, things are great. As soon as she is back, the place falls apart. - I was warned by a friend, who is a recruiter, to not come to Thetus.... I should have listened. - All company meetings are the same: the CEO says "We have all these thousands of users coming"... yet it never comes. I waited years to see growth and it never happened so I left. - The CEO refuses to go after more funding as she likes the control she has now. - The company has been around 10 years and only 2 of the original founders are still around... the CEO & her husband the CTO... the rest quit 'cause they see it's not going anywhere. - The CEO gives different direction and priorities to different people then blames them when it is not accomplished.
