Very competitive; people don't help each other (even though everyone is very polite). Owner is always working and seems to expect everyone else to do so. As well, the kids (under 30s) in the office follow his lead. So it's an intense environment. Principal reserves the right to redesign even up until the last minute; also he likes to be able to get into the tiniest details of the design if he wants to.
