      Great group of smart/fun ladies. Only a few good clients. Located in a good area.

      There are many times where I hear gossip in the office. Sadly, from upper management. Always tension in the office/ higher ups being sneaky and going in and out of each other's office talking about employees (not very quietly), so everyone can hear. The president is wildly inappropriate with the way she speaks/curses to her employees/clients, no wonder they keep signing on random brands that don't align with their initial company image.

      I started at Think PR as a Junior AE assisting on accounts and working closely with AE's and SAE's on the fashion team. My hard work was quickly recognized and rewarded when I was given 3 accounts of my own after working there for only 3 months. I loved the responsibility and had a lot of support and guidance as a junior employee from senior members of the team. Both partners were never above themselves to praise our successes and reward us in small ways after crazy periods like Fashion Week and the like. Although challenging, this is a great environment to work in and if you're passionate about what you do, you'll definitely be recognized and learn a ton along the way. Think PR was the launchpad to my career, and I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am in my career today if it weren't for the amazing team who supported me and taught me all there is to know in this industry.

      Long hours during crazy periods like Fashion Week, but find an agency that's not like this and they aren't doing their job!
