11yWe have since built up a global sales team and have added a local Inside Sales team to help improve the flow of viable sales from the generated leads. This has allowed us to continue to hit our quarterly targets and improve the sales process overall. We have many customers that have responded positively to the sales methodologies.
We have made huge improvements to the technology with our latest releases. We have had huge sales wins and increased customer satisfaction as a result of the fixes and improvements.
Our business moves quickly and requires us to respond to the needs of the customers which can shift priorities. We function as a start-up and this can sometimes cause a gap for employees and management. We continue to improve the communication with more frequent company meetings and councils to keep people informed.
