Vantaggi

Management and fellow employees work well together to foster a strong, cohesive team first environment. All employees are encouraged to share their opinions. Management offers a safe space wherein people aren't afraid to give "right" or "wrong" feedback. There is truly a strong emphasis on transparency, even through an acquisition. A normal business owners/executives would not have made the effort to give employees as many details on the transition as thinkthins has. I've been here just under a year and it has been delight to go to the office throughout!

Svantaggi

The only Con I can think of (besides LA traffic....which no one can control!!! LOL) is the recent change of ownership. These types of changes usually give an office a sense of uncertainty, however this has not been the case at thinkThin. I've been through quite a few mergers and acquisitions and I have to say that TT is really navigating this difficult process with the utmost integrity and professionalism. I have to say that I wish current/satisfied employees would post on glassdoor more often. It seems like the disgruntled "squeaky wheels" have the impetus (and time I guess) to share their experiences for the most part... Anyway, hope this helps :)

Vantaggi

Co-workers are about the only good thing about working at thinkThin. The support staff and Sales Team are among the best in the industry.

Svantaggi

- The company is majority owned by a venture capital firm whose only interest is to grow sales at any cost, then sell the company to recover their investment. People always come last in this equation. - Job insecurity. Regular layoffs for no reason create a toxic atmosphere of fear and mistrust. Turnover rate is higher than any company I've worked for. - Nonexistent communication. Everything is a secret, good direction is rarely given so people are set up to fail. The general message from management is "we don't care what you think."
