Managers frequently undermine employee confidence, taking credit for successes while unfairly attributing mistakes to the workforce, treating them as subordinates rather than valuable contributors. 7. Even top-level managers lack effective communication skills, contributing to a challenging work environment.

If you are an experienced professional, I would not recommend joining this company. The biggest issue is the management. Many Team Leads and Project Managers do not have a strong technical background, but they are responsible for making technical decisions. This creates unnecessary challenges for developers and affects project execution. The company does not value developer feedback. Management mostly listens only to Team Leads and Project Managers. If a developer raises a genuine concern, it is often ignored. The assumption is that TLs and PMs are always right, without understanding the developer’s perspective. Work-life balance is poor. Overtime is common, and there is an expectation to be available even after office hours. You may receive calls or messages at any time for work-related issues, making it difficult to maintain personal time. The salary increment process is disappointing. Increments are based on predefined grades rather than your technical skills, experience, performance, or the value you bring to the company. Even if you consistently perform well and take on additional responsibilities, your growth is limited by the grading system. Career growth is not always based on merit. Favoritism is noticeable, and employees who maintain good relationships with management often receive better recognition and opportunities than those who focus on technical contributions and delivery. Developers are often demotivated instead of being encouraged. Recognition for technical work is limited, and constructive feedback is not handled effectively.

Very bad increament policy No celebration, no leave management Heavy Work load. Very poor management Non IT person become manager and he always pressurise staff Career destroyer company I worked there almost 2 years and i feel like i waste my time there.
