- Without a doubt, the people! I have worked at various companies before, and I can confidently say this is the most understanding and supportive environment you could wish for. As long as you communicate your concerns, everyone regardless of seniority will be more than willing to listen and help without judgement - Great starting salary, especially for fresh grads, with an uncapped bonus. Strong performers are truly rewarded! - Onboarding process has been revamped massively, allowing new strong performing associates to progress to new roles/responsibilities within months if not weeks - Doors will be opened to motivated associates, and the business as a whole is encouraging new ideas from employees at all levels - Lots of “unofficial” socials during the week, and company wide quarterly - everyone is young and up for a laugh!

- The fast paced, competitive environment is not for everyone - The base salary really does not go up much with tenure/progression, although bonuses stay uncapped which means unlimited earnings for top performers - The work is highly reactive (i.e workload depends on client needs, and requests from clients need to be answered straight away rather than at your availability) which means it does not offer as much flexibility as some other jobs - Can feel repetitive in the beginning, but this really depends on the person and how motivated/creative they are and what they choose to do with their time

High turnover and inconsistent management quality significantly impact the employee experience. Success is heavily dependent on your team lead and manager, with limited recourse if you’re placed under ineffective leadership. In my experience, poor communication, lack of emotional intelligence, and unclear expectations from management made it difficult to succeed and negatively affected day-to-day productivity. Internal processes around performance management and PTO lacked transparency. I was placed on a PIP and terminated shortly after (within a week) in a way that felt abrupt and not aligned with prior communication, which was initially framed as a discussion around pending PTO. There were also delays in PTO approvals, and I experienced issues with compensation adjustments following a promotion that required follow-up to resolve.
