Great bank, friendly people! People truly care about customers and doing the right thing. Flexibility is important to the company and that is so important these days. The CEO is smart and approachable.

It’s hard work. The company is in growth mode so it is very busy and changing a ton daily.

You’ll work with some wonderful co-workers, and the company offers hybrid and remote opportunities for many positions. Benefits are pretty good, but the cost for the employee goes up every year.

There is no consistency or equality in compensation, performance reviews, incentive pay calculations, or promotions. It’s all about who you know from a previous job. The company is not concerned about compliance or labor laws.
