Low Staff Moral Staff disappear quickly and quietly when they are pushed from above. ( Which is a regular occurrence) HR only look out for themselves and flout their own rules (No working from home .. yet HR are allowed to work from home) They have people making decisions who have no idea what they are doing and are out of touch as to how retail is evolving.

I can't think of none... Being part of this great umbrella that is LVMH should have been an incentive however they got it all the way wrong - starting with the CEO and the US President - A total FAILURE! Run the opposite way, there are no pros... Even the uniforms (shirts) are a joke, poor design and craftsmanship.

In less than 2 years the company has lost all the appeal they had on the: - Loyal customer/client base - Store staff. Retention??? - ... This "re-launch" and change of upper management was/is clearly the downfall of what used to be a great company (at least here in the US)
