First corp job I have had. It's diverse so you climb the ladder based on your merits. I was promoted the first two months I was here based on my hard work. There are always opportunities for advancement and to learn, as long as you put in the work. Work hard and be genuine and you'll gain a lot to learn. It is a chill environment, as long as you get in your eight hours, there is no definite time to be here. Benefits are great. They reimburse tuition. They will hear you out. They have exercise and offer yoga. Great coworkers. Awesome place to work.

Continuous education, culinary training, mentorship, and leadership development should remain a priority. Investing in employees at every level helps strengthen the organization, improves retention, and positions the company for long-term success. * Career advancement could be more transparent. Creating clearer pathways for promotion based on performance, education, leadership ability, experience, and proven results would encourage employee growth and better recognize those who consistently add value to the organization. * Work-life balance can be challenging in leadership roles.
