So if you want a stable life and not to take work to home. 2> Internal job opportunities If you didn't got satisfied with your current work or team, or you want to grow with your potential then here you can get regular opportunities. 3> Flexible work timings You work from home or can login early or late. 4> Freedom to work You can put up your ideas and work on them without interference. 5> Good Management Manger will treat you like humans and will take care of your problems. Although this is my former employer but I have no grudges for this company. 1> Low compensation Compensation is quite low as compared to market. 2> Slow Growth Only option to grow is internal job posting or switch out to get a good hike. 3>Not good if you are an MBA As they will take you as fresher and will be working with graduates. This may hamper your confidence. 4> No both side cabs Although you will get a drop but pickup is something every company is providing now days. 5> No free food You have to get your food or buy it over here. Some of the direct Managers and team members but only because everyone sticks together because there constantly change and unclear expectations from upper management.

*Unclear commissions spread across multiple tracking systems that don't line up including sales done on various salesforce portals. Many teams members gave up trying to track or follow up because we were so busy. *They treat businesses like dollar signs and employees like numbers. *They "laid off" managers on the Tax/Audit team, some who had been with the company for decades and were the most supportive of their teams. *They are focused on buying up other software companies and products without having any protocols or streamlines in place for them, not to mention they still haven't properly done so for acquisitions in the last 5+ years.
