Without a doubt, the best coworkers I have ever worked with. Everyone is thoughtful, funny, supportive, and caring. There is no competition--everyone tries to help everyone else for the best possible outcome.

Unfortunately, despite having such incredible, talented employees, the company does not want to invest in their employees and doesn't care about mental well-being. There is a focus on money and nothing else. Every November, the company "reorganizes," meaning no one is safe. There is little care or regard for people who have been there for decades, and they are often tossed aside. Morally, Thomson Reuters is reprehensible. Jim Smith, the CEO, isn't much better. He constantly uses awful corporate/political buzzwords that rarely mean anything. In 2018, there were massive layoffs. A ton of new positions were created, but so many people were unhappy with the corporate culture that they left. As a result, the company has a massive number of openings and people are aware they shouldn't work there. Customers were not happy with the changes. Employee morale is in the toilet--and everyone knows it. I could not recommend ever working at TR.

Great environment and people. Lots of overtime available and bonuses during busy season.

I really enjoyed this job so the only con I can think of is that it is seasonal.

Some of the direct Managers and team members but only because everyone sticks together because there constantly change and unclear expectations from upper management.

*Unclear commissions spread across multiple tracking systems that don't line up including sales done on various salesforce portals. Many teams members gave up trying to track or follow up because we were so busy. *They treat businesses like dollar signs and employees like numbers. *They "laid off" managers on the Tax/Audit team, some who had been with the company for decades and were the most supportive of their teams. *They are focused on buying up other software companies and products without having any protocols or streamlines in place for them, not to mention they still haven't properly done so for acquisitions in the last 5+ years.
