I'm really enjoying my time here. The team is amazing—super supportive, fun, and highly motivated. You can truly feel that everyone is working together toward a meaningful and inspiring mission. My role is very diverse, which keeps things interesting. I have a lot of responsibility and the freedom to take initiative, which makes the work both engaging and rewarding. The company culture is open and transparent. It's always possible to voice concerns or share ideas, and people genuinely listen. That openness creates a safe and respectful environment where you feel heard and valued.

The pace is fast, which can be intense at times, but I actually enjoy that—it keeps things dynamic and energizing.

I'm very lucky to have joined this company. The mindset is very open, the technical teams are passionate and the atmosphere is excellent. Lyon is a nice place to work as Amsterdam. The recruitment process was perfect. Well-structured and well-organised. The standards are high, in line with the technical challenge. I'd recommend it.
