The variety of projects, Fortune 500 clients, amazing colleagues, and top-notch leadership team have made my time with Thought Logic perfect. It is rare that you look forward to coming to work every day, and that is the exact feeling that I have when I show up in the mornings. Thought Logic provides a lot of flexibility to me as a working mother and meets me where I am in life. I cannot express how hard this is to find in corporate America today. The senior leaders at Thought Logic are very accessible and have been super transparent about the progress and direction of the business. They actually listen to what consultants have to say and make strategic decisions with them in mind. The company went through some necessary changes about 1.5 years ago and removed a lot of dead weight from the leadership levels in the business (HR, Operations, Sales, etc.). It was a very difficult decision for them to make, but it has truly catapulted the business forward in ways I would have never imagined. I cannot wait to see what we do for our clients in 2026 and beyond!
