Spilling the tea! The lifts managers at the end of the seasons like to host a party that they and their favourites can attend where they decide who will get an invite back or not, this is a party where they get drunk and laugh and make fun of their past employees… very professional. I was also discriminated against due to an injury Sustained where the company illegally let me go, and have taken the issue up with the human rights commission If you want to work for a company that is there to abuse you through terrible management and work you dry while making $23 an hour full time then it’s the job for you!! Also many others I know at the resort working in ski school have taken the company to fair work for pay discrepancies!!!
