I love the team we have we are able trust one another and do what we say we are going to do, and collaborate to achieve a bigger purpose. We’ve set out to help people with invest in real estate in a hands off way. This gives people the blessings and financial freedom that real estate has to offer without any of the work of being a landlord because our team does all the work. I can’t think of a more important or better gift to give people than time and treasure so they can live the retirement of their dreams. We believe in being candid, respectful and honest and have a low drama environment

We have a hire bar. If someone is looking to just show up and not turn their work into their purpose it’s not a good environment for people that want to go through the motions.

No training. No communication. No organization. Lack if knoweledge from owners and upper management.
