Horrible - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Thrifty Car Rental

Terrible higher management. Terrible pay. Treatment of staff is horrendous. A lot of false promises. Being left to run and branch and handed branch keys after 4 weeks of being employed with them. No work life balance. No consideration from higher up management. No trust in staff. Offices are run down and under staffed. Staff are over worked, under appreciated and under paid. Being employed as a CSR but being made to drive for miles to deliver vehicles.
