No major medical healthcare, dental, vision. No real 401k (just the one the state requires them to provide). Unethical business practices. No moral code. Poor treatment of employees. The executive team, specifically Robyn Brackett and Josh Fuson, are morally corrupt and worthless. The CEO has little to no real day to day knowledge of the company. He relies entirely on his executive to communicate anything and everything about the company, which means they can tell him complete rubbish and he would eat it up with a spoon. He blindly believes everything they tell him and never questions a thing unless absolutely necessary, such as, when a former patient writes a review directly naming him as being complicit in the company's poor customer service and business model. Despite having numerous employees quit and multiple company wide reviews that call out both Robyn and Josh for their poor leadership skills and terrible treatment of employees the CEO continues to turn a blind eye and allow them to run his company into the ground. Finally, they take advantage of hiring salary staff by expecting them to work 50+ hours a week with no real incentive and provide 0 support to prevent their staff from having to do so in order to complete the MASSIVE workload they expect completed in an insanely impossible timeline.
