Progression was amazing in first year (Job title wise not salary!) Flexible working Very understanding if sick or needing time away Ceo is lovely and makes an effort to remember you “Away days” really great team building Encouragement to work across locations through working groups (amazing through covid) Good utilisation of employee recognition software

Where to start! I want to be clear most of this only applies to oxford rather than thrive tribe as a whole -blatant bullying and protecting of the bully even when relating to racism and classism -favouritism -part time head of service who was rarely available if an employee needed anything -no diversity -very fake “family” culture. Nice sometimes but did border on cult like which, interestingly, I have read on another review -very poor salaries for the responsibilities -very poor transparency around salaries -fired an employee without initially telling her, just locked her out of her laptop -very toxic -used a very poor patient management system that was not gdpr compliant -staff turnover at oxford has been unreal

In May this year we reviewed our pay and benefits offering and implemented a new pay banding scheme. The purpose of this was both to increase earning potential and transparency of pay across our organisation. We also grew our People Experience team this year, who work alongside our HR consultants to proactively enhance our culture and moments that matter for our people. As part of this work, in September we reviewed all people policies and communicated these across Thrive Tribe. In addition we completed the Data Security Protection Toolkit and Cyber Essentials PLUS to ensure all our processes and systems are secure and GDPR compliant. - Rosie Urry, Head of People

A good service but would be better if it treated staff better

Minimum wage is an insult too much micromanagement and responsibilities put on plates without being paid for those extra tasks
