      Great benefits (PTO, 401K, Pension, Health, Dental, etc). They promote from with and reward people who work hard to advance their careers. Very focused on work/life balance. I left for a different career path not offered at Thrivent.

      Their health insurance is a self insurance format so the benefit is a bit pricier than other companies I'd worked for.

      BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
