New Management comes in, makes spots for their friends, removes all the old managers, places unqualified employees in other departments from their "Good Ole Boys" network and they only watch out for each other. A true us vs. them mentality. Starting to go the route of "GE" with 10% performance improvements plans regularly, and a CEO that is completely clueless. When you give them bad feedback on their yearly engagement survey, they ask you to refill it out so the board members don't see the negatives.

BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
