This Company wants the employees to make sale’s promising customers business, but never delivers on there digital platforms. It’s all made up quantitative data filled with scam calls in the projections. It’s truly sad. Overall the company sold out over 3,000 employees to get overseas employees at a cheaper rate causing thousands to be on unemployment. Unfair treatment in local offices and impossible quotas for new employees to achieve. Customers are being lied to daily to sign contracts and never get what they are promised.

Some of the smartest engineers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Very mature development process. Had unlimited access to agentic tools, albeit short lived.

Mature development process means that following the process is more important then the actual output and content. Other engineers will actively sabotage your work to make their own jobs more secure, so you have to document all conversations to use in manager meetings later on. The biggest problem isn't really with Engineering, it is with the upper management. They don't know what the future looks like, and can't agree on a vision, so teams are constantly shuffled around and projects are sunset without a clear reason as to why that is the case. In-fighting on a Director / Exec level is obvious to the lower level employees who are just waiting for the inevitable HR conversation that another "restructuring" has occurred and they are without a job. Pay is sub-par. Benefits are not great, since they give you a lot of "stuff", but none of it is necessarily good.
