POOR communication on daily work, that should be communicated to employees. If you don’t have a office area position, it seems like you’re not important enough to be heard. They have eliminated positions that affect other employees needing to cover this work without overtime. When they eliminated the company President position, it hurt morale. The retried President made rounds complimenting entry lever employees, the owner doesn’t have time for these duties.
Employees ALWAYS enjoyed their Christmas party, which was eliminated after 2023. They “claim” to be a family oriented company, this decision has made poor morale….
