      Very hard to get promoted. The promotional cycle varies from 5 to 10 years. Until then you are buried. Surprisingly some managerial people are getting promoted quickly. Slowly the best people are leaving the company. Also, there is no single focused direction. Trying on multiple directions.Very hard to get promoted. The promotional cycle varies from 5 to 10 years.       This role is flexible time wise. It provides a lot of down time within one shift. The supervisors were understanding about errors, and supportive when training. Very small amount of training required.

      Have to be able to watch and listen two two television shows simultaneously.

      The office building was nice and there are some great people that worked there.

      The leadership was a bunch of men just trying to protect their own egos and line their own pockets. I never worked anywhere that felt as dismissive of women as TiVo.
