Casual work environment, most everyone who works there is friendly, have access to a lot of cool things around town, the activities that are done alongside the core values are pretty neat

Being in the call center means that you're basically getting yelled at for things you can't control all day and are expected to not have a breakdown because of it. There's also sometimes an air of fear because upper management has been known to go off on random things and start demanding changes with no warnings.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. A lot has changed since you were employed here several years ago and so many changes, including some of the ones you suggested, have been implemented as noted by the newer, positive reviews found here. Director Human Resources
