There is a huge pay discrepancy between male and female workers. Men and the ‘ugly or fat’ girls only get a standard $100 commission per paycheck, while the ‘pretty’ girls get a percentage of their sales. They keep track of all the mistakes you ever do (no matter how minor) and take them out of your small $100 commission, and use them against you for promotions. All of the ‘management’ is basically ‘pretty’ girls the owner likes, they don’t have any special skills, most of them never having been in management before. I often worked 100+ hours a week (sometimes as high as 110+ hours) and I was still let go because they thought I wasn’t ‘into it’ anymore.
