“Most” people on my department are great, friendly, and helpful. Pays good for an overseas employee located in Turkey. Remote work is a huge plus.
Svantaggi
Most managers, especially scheduling and training managers, do not listen to people’s complaints, suggestions, or basic demands. Very gashlighting individuals on the management level making you feel like what you are doing is not enough (even though being one of the top performing agents, they just want to squeeze every second and everything from you and they say “being productive”). Advancement within the company is random, inconsistent, and unfair. Seems like nepotism is a culture in this company where people with authority on promotions (HR, managers, and upper management) prefer people not based on quantatitive achievements but merely by playing favorites. You are NOT valued or considered to be sufficient if you don’t give your 100%, your daily schedule changes drastically if they find out you had a breathing room for 10 minutes, and they WILL assign new tasks just to make sure you will burn out. Again, burnout is an expected thing in this department and no wonder they have a huge rate of turnover. People just come and go since it looks to be promising at first but then you are psychologically abused and forced into tiring yourself to death. If you want to be valued, you need to be ready to hear clients yell at you all day (per the business model, most customers are unsatisfied and there is virtually no solutions to their problems). If you do not take calls, they will find a way to shift your tasks and change it immediately after working for months, and it will now become one of your “predetermined and agreed upon tasks”, although it was not the case for months. Well in short, this company will pay you real good at least for my country, but they wont hold back on giving you new and unknown tasks without a heads up, and will change the things you agreed upon months ago, forcing you to resign (which looks to happen soon). This is what I call gaslighting.
