Tidbit has been a wonderful company. The management team really seems to care about their employees. They treat you like a person, not an employee. You may have to work late but from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when you need to. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at Tidbit. It's also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. Thank you very much.

No major cons, small flaws that every company has, but yes they are always working on it to come with best possible solutions and create win win scenario for everyone.

Tidbit really goes above and beyond for their employees to make sure they are fulfilled and taken care of. There are many opportunities to grow within the company and Tidbit helps their employees achieve their goals. Tidbit also has a very friendly office environment, everyone is part of a team willing to help and support their coworkers. Project Managers and team leader are very helpful guides and are great communicators. They are always ready to listen to their employees with mutual respect to solve any issues. I really enjoyed working here.

I don't think there are any cons, Tidbit is always growing and improving.
