Micromanagement. Be prepared to have them listen in on just about all your calls. If a company has to make it a point to tell you they don’t micromanage - that’s usually a red flag that they do. There are a few good people on staff. I’d be surprised if they make it past this year with a full staff. Awful training structure and garbage “team meetings” as well.

The culture is genuinely one of its strongest attributes. Leadership does an excellent job fostering camaraderie, collaboration, and a true team mentality. Everyone is encouraged to support one another, celebrate wins together, and work toward shared goals and friendly competition. One thing that really stood out was the company's commitment to radical transparency. Leadership encouraged "radical transparency". Honest conversations were encouraged even when the topics were tough. Feedback was welcomed, and employees were given the opportunity to voice ideas and concerns. I appreciated being able to take full advantage of that environment, as it allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

Like any growing company, processes continue to evolve, which can require flexibility and adaptability. For those who embrace change, it's an exciting environment with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

Remote and unlimited PTO but one of the owners finds joy in pinging you and emailing you outside of normal business hours and while you’re on PTO. So it’s not actually encouraged to take, one of the owners has control issues so the remote environment is tough, be prepared for 6-8p pings, they have no clue what it’s like to be a working parent, even though one is a parent.

Too many but the biggest concern is they owners don’t have much staffing experience themselves so it’s not an environment where one can grow and learn from the top. The other make concern is the owners speak poorly about every single employee, their leaders, top producers, you call it. It was clear there’s no loyalty to even recruiters that keep their business afloat.
