The office space in Uptown is outstanding; definitely one of the best perks. Great for an entry-level or slightly higher job.

Management is not visible. There is little to no interaction from leadership with the rest of the company. Everything feels shrouded in mystery. High turnover of employees; they completely clean out their sales team every 6-8 months and seem to live in fear of failing. Salaries are well below market value except if you're in an upper management role. The value of your work will be questioned regularly and there is an underlying feeling of needing to prove yourself and your worth everyday.
