However, once you are in, they will make every effort to not pay you your fair share of performance bonuses (50% of which is in ESOPs), raises, even travel reimbursements for client visits which you would have already paid for! The upper management is happy and content with landing labour-intensive, low-IQ, bare-necessity & vague SOWs, often under-bidding on RFPs to get the contract signed. And of course their clients are happy to pay the low price for jobs they don't have anyone to do. Try visiting their website and looking up POVs / White Papers - you'll hardly find any, which shows their limited thought capital! It's just an average company. What a waste of my time!
