Great location, tons of people across many departments to collaborate with, coolest boss ever, free snack program, lots of perks with employee discounts like cell phones, travel, tons of stuff. Amazing 410K matching program, the list goes on.... TigerLead has been making a lot of changes to staff, product, customer service, marketing initiatives and support. All of these changes will continue to keep our customers happy and deliver quality leads with a good ROI. Makes me feel good to know we are putting our customers success first.

Office is on the smaller side, laid back dress, casual environment.

Company was fantastic when it stood alone. Now under the umbrella of Move.com (Realtor.com) it has gone down hill dramatically. Horrible management. Managers here tend to mirco-manage, and give only negative feedback. Extremely over worked and burnt out client services and sales departments. Low compensation considering work loads, and little room to move up.
