You get to work with a wide variety of customers, get to have fun in a bright store and help kids. Laid back and easy first job. Favorite part of job: Any employee is allowed to refuse service to poor customers, or with most cases, childish middle age, belligerent men/women with an inferior complex.

The company doesn't have any clue what constitutes a good prize. Lots of the stuff I was forced to sell to people was below dollar store quality and just makes it difficult to mean it when I tell some one they'll like this prize or that prize. Besides the poor prizes, I'd say the companies business plan is also terrible. They kept giving us machines that needed to be repaired before we even turned them on. At one point, half our machines didn't even work because they don't actually train you how to do any of the repairs, they just hope a DM can fix it. (Most cases, they can.) It really boils down to if you care about your job here. If you don't care at all, this is a great job to stay at. If you want a job you care about, this doesn't seem like a wise career move.
