Too many to be listed in this one place. People have no knowledge about anything, are not ethical, always playing politics, bad pay, bad Hr policies, no career, the list is endless. Career growth here means doing more of the secretary type work, being given a big designation with the salary of a peon, responsible for everything with authority for nothing. When a senior man leaves they give his place to a junior person (ALWAYS) not because he is good but because they can then give a junior executive's salary with a designation of VP.The work however remains that of a secretary. It is common knowledge here that the only people in the company not looking to leave are 3 directors. Also now they have no marketshare in india nor aroad, no money , no future plans and the management is only looking for a BAKRA to whom to sell the company
