Too much ego, pretense, power games. Often wrong people in the wrong position. Failing management - at all levels, from CEO to GL to TL. Countless cut-offs, change of business plan. Company is very unstable. Low-level managers are worried only about their own status\advancement\making an impression, not about actually doing the job. Too many managers, too many meetings, too many opinions - too little DONE. Strict hierarchy at low-level completely limits the "working man". Many employees pretend to be very busy but are actually just killing time... (not their fault, nothing much else you can do). Bad work ethics!
